Max Pollinger

Max Pollinger is an experienced professional currently serving as a CoS Fellow at On Deck, a program designed for Chiefs of Staff focused on professional development and community building. Max has held multiple roles at Delos™ since June 2014, including Chief of Staff, where responsibilities included reorganizing teams into centralized functions and coordinating investor updates. Previous positions at Delos involved supporting global commercialization efforts, leading international business development initiatives, and defining investment strategies in wellness technology. Max's early career includes research and analysis roles in sustainability and economics at institutions like Colby College and Sustainable Building Partners, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colby College.
