Heather Tardif is Vice President – Crew Resources, overseeing all crew planning, scheduling, and tracking for Delta’s Flight Operations organization. Heather and her team are responsible for the crew resource planning, crew scheduling and crew tracking of over 15,000 Delta pilots.
Heather joined Flight Operations from Finance, where she has held multiple progressive roles in her 16 years at Delta. While her most recent role was V.P. – Financial Planning & Analysis and Flight Profitability, she has a broad background with experience across multiple divisions, including ACS, Cargo, SkyMiles and Flight Operations.
Heather earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Western Ontario and her MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
