Rachel Rex

Rachel Rex has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare insurance industry, currently serving as a Process Improvement Consultant and Onboarding Project Manager at Delta Dental Insurance since November 2016. Previously, Rachel worked at Capital BlueCross from September 2006 to April 2016 as a Medicare Program Coordinator, where responsibilities included leading staff, analyzing reports, participating in project teams for system implementations, serving as a subject matter expert for Medicare Enrollment, cross-training staff, and addressing customer service inquiries. Rachel holds a high school diploma in General Studies from Boiling Springs High School, graduating in 2000.
