Connie Kaforke

Connie Kaforke has extensive experience in IT services and management, currently serving as Manager of Service Desk and Computer Operations at Delta Faucet Company since 1997. Kaforke leads a team supporting over 2,000 employees and customers, focusing on service excellence and continuous improvement. Additionally, Kaforke has held roles such as Business & Tech Liaison, where cost-effective solutions and process improvements were developed, and Women in Leadership Networking Lead, coordinating events to empower women in the workplace. Previous positions at Southern Mill Creek Product, Dekalb Seeds, and Univar involved inside sales, data center leadership, and financial operations, contributing to a well-rounded expertise in business management. Kaforke holds a BS in Business Management and an AS in the Science of Business from Indiana Wesleyan University, along with ongoing professional development in leadership and coaching.
