Tracey Schmitz is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in strategic HR management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at MAXIMUS Canada since November 2018, Tracey has previously held roles including Vice President of Human Resources Services at ESIT Advanced Solutions, and Director of Human Resources at the same company. With a strong background in labor relations and employee management, Tracey has effectively developed and delivered HR programs focused on organizational development, change management, and union negotiations. Academic credentials include a Certificate in Labour Relations from Queen's University and a Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Sheridan College.

We provide employment services through WorkBC offices in five jurisdictions in the province. Our Service BC Contact Centre provides information and referral services for residents, and is the recipient of the 2019 Service to the Citizen award. In Ontario, Maximus Canada administers the Ontario Drug Benefit Program on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Most recently, Maximus Canada supported the Federal government through our Elections Canada Contact Centre. In Prince Edward Island, our Deltaware Division is one of Atlantic Canada’s largest Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning application teams. Deltaware Division produces Medigent®, a world-class suite of healthcare software used in nine of the 13 provinces and territories in Canada.
