Jaime Winslow

Jaime Winslow has extensive experience in customer success and market intelligence within the technology and government sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Customer Success at Deltek since January 2011, Jaime drives the strategic vision for the GovCon Customer Success digital segment, focusing on scalable, customer-centric processes. Previous roles at Deltek include Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of Customer Success, wherein Jaime successfully managed teams, enhanced customer engagement, and promoted product adoption. Prior to Deltek, Jaime worked at immixGroup as Manager of the Market Intelligence Group and at INPUT, managing federal opportunity research and acting as a senior analyst. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Studies from Virginia Tech.
