Grant Finn has a work history that spans multiple companies and roles. Grant began their career at Jacobs Engineering in 2000 as an Engineer and later became a Structural Engineer. In 2010, they joined Delve Underground as a Principal Engineer. Grant then went on to work at McMillen Jacobs Associates, starting in 2010 as an Associate and eventually progressing to the roles of Senior Associate and Principal. Their tenure at McMillen Jacobs Associates ended in January 2023.

Grant Finn holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
