Dematic
Eric Sharon is the Senior Vice President of Global Legal. In this role, he leads the Legal function for Dematic, providing counsel for the organization including its commercial operations, M&A, contract negotiations, and technology advances. Eric joined the organization in September 2021.
Eric brings more than 20 years of diversified experience in the CPG and B2B projects, products, and services industry with expertise in commercial law, legal risk management, marketing, and advertising, and regulatory governance and compliance. He has held progressive leadership roles within both Honeywell International Inc. and Whirlpool Corporation while spending his early career in private practice.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University.
