Claire Chaney is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in data management, accountability, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Data, Accountability, and Growth Strategy at Democracy Prep Public Schools since July 2021, Claire has previously held multiple leadership roles that focus on enhancing academic operations and compliance, notably at RePublic Schools. Significant achievements include managing high-stakes assessment planning during the pandemic and leading school improvement initiatives that resulted in transformative academic performance outcomes. Claire's expertise extends to strategic project management, data systems oversight, and community engagement, enhanced by a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
