Cory Klatt

Cory Klatt serves as the Executive Vice President of Technology at Denali Advanced Integration since July 2019, and has been the Principal at Performance Factor since September 2011. Previously, Klatt held the position of Chief Information Officer at Apple Leisure Group from May 2015 to June 2018 and was a Senior Partner at Maxsam Partners from August 2014 to May 2015. Experience also includes Chief of Commercial Operations Worldwide at SonoSite, Inc., where significant M&A due diligence led to successful acquisitions, as well as serving as Chief Information Officer at Performance Leadership Group. Earlier roles include President/CEO at X6 Technologies, VP Development at FedEx Kinko’s, and Co-Founder/CTO of ImageX, where Klatt built the company and executed multiple acquisitions. Klatt's career began at Parallel Communications, Inc. as CTO.
