Susmitha Valvekar

Susmitha Valvekar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Susmitha is currently the Director of Clinical Education at DenMat Holdings, LLC, where they focus on building professional relationships, creating educational strategies, and driving informed decision making for dental practices. Prior to this, Susmitha worked as an Instructor/Facilitator at UCLA Extension, where they designed and delivered online courses in Human Resource Development and Change Management. Susmitha also served as the Senior Manager for Education and Training Strategy at SmileDirectClub, where they developed education-driven marketing strategies and built customized Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategies. Susmitha also has experience at Glidewell Dental, where they were responsible for implementing a learning management system, engaging users, and overseeing online continuing education. Additionally, they have had additional experiences in HR, teaching, and ESL, as well as freelance contract experiences in educational advisory roles. Susmitha's work experience also includes founding and directing a preparatory school for young children, where they developed a student-centered curriculum.

Susmitha Valvekar has a diverse education history. In 2012, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Administration from UCLA Extension. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Philosophy degree in Political Science from the University of Hyderabad, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Before their time at the University of Hyderabad, they acquired a Masters degree in International Politics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, where they studied from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Susmitha has also obtained various certifications. In 2022, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner through Prosci.
