Scott Pribble

Scott Pribble is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of External Communications for Denver Public Schools since December 2021. Previously, Pribble worked as the Media Relations Manager for the University of Colorado Boulder from September 2015 to April 2021, where responsibilities included crisis communication and media management. Prior to that, Pribble spent two decades at the Arvada Fire Protection District in roles such as Life Safety Educator/Public Information Officer and firefighter, focusing on public communications and fire safety education. Pribble's career also includes a teaching position at Jefferson County Public Schools. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science in Fire Science from Red Rocks Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Friends University, and a Master of Arts in Educational/Instructional Technology from Lesley University.
