Matthew Allard, FMP, is an experienced facilities project manager currently serving as Facilities Project Manager II at the Denver Zoological Foundation since May 2023, overseeing a team to implement facility improvements within an annual budget of $2M to $3M. Prior roles include Building Operations Manager at the University of Colorado Denver and Structural Trades positions at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where responsibilities involved managing construction projects in various environments. Matthew has also held managerial roles in customer relations and sales at Housefish and BlogMutt and has entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Brush & Hammer LLC. With a diverse background that encompasses membership sales and contract management at Brooklyn Boulders LLC and craftsmanship in furniture design and art installations, Matthew blends technical proficiency with creative arts. Currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Construction Project Management, Matthew possesses a robust educational foundation in fine arts and project management.
