John Williams

John Williams has accumulated extensive experience in information technology and contract management across various organizations. Currently retired from the Ex-Education Department since February 2018, John previously served as the Information Technology Contract Manager at the Department of Education in Western Australia from April 2007, overseeing ICT contracts and managing IT infrastructure projects in Senior High Schools. Earlier roles include National Customer Relations Manager at The Australian Red Cross Blood Service, where John managed IT support for over 3,000 clients across more than 100 locations, and IS Manager for Western Australia and the Northern Territory. John's career began as Superintendent of IT Infrastructure at Hamersley Iron, where responsibilities expanded to managing IT service delivery for locations across five continents.
