Zoe Hitchen

Zoe Hitchen is an experienced Learning & Development professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Leadership Specialist at the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria since March 2019, Zoe previously held the position of National Frontline & Leadership Development Leader at MYOB from May 2018 to February 2019. Zoe's career at Foxtel from April 2011 to April 2018 included various roles such as National Capability Leader for Third Party Retail and Retail Sales, along with other learning and development positions. Prior to this, Zoe worked as a supply teacher in London at Remedy Education from February 2009 to December 2010, covering multiple subjects across primary and secondary education. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts and a Diploma in Education from Deakin University, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Plenty Training.
