Quan Boatman serves as the Director of the Interior Business Center at the U.S. Department of the Interior, having previously held the position of Deputy Director in the same organization. In addition to these roles, Quan is a Board Member and serves as Communications Director and Secretary/Historian for the African American Federal Executive Association Incorporated. Quan is also the Government Vice Chair for the 2023 Partners Program at the American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) and a Citizen Member appointed by the Governor to the Virginia Small Business Commission. Previous experience includes various leadership positions at GSA, such as Branch Chief and Director. Quan earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech and furthered education at Graduate School USA.
