Sherri Sidler

Executive Vice President at DePaul University

Sherri Sidler was named Controller in June 2014 and Vice President for Finance in August 2018. She oversees financial accounting and reporting, payment and payroll services, financial aid and gift accounting, budgets and operational financial reporting, and financial systems for DePaul.

Since joining the university in 2006, Sidler has served as an assistant controller, assistant vice president for finance and, most recently, as interim controller. During this time, she was responsible for operational financial reporting and analysis used to monitor the university's financial performance and develop strategic plans, the development of university-wide budgets and related reporting, and the oversight of financial and budget systems. In addition, Sidler has partnered with various areas throughout the university to enhance financial reporting tools, training, and cross-functional processes and systems.
