Wayne Grant

Wayne Grant is an experienced leader in technical support and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Technical Support (EMEA) at Deputy since April 2024. Prior to this, Wayne held the position of Head of Technical Support at Klarna from January 2022 to April 2024, where a focus on data-driven strategies led to a 15% improvement in customer satisfaction scores. Wayne has also contributed to HERO® as the Head of Merchant Technical Support, developing a three-tier support framework, and has extensive experience with Dynata, where roles ranged from Senior Manager Integrated Partnerships to Senior Customer Services Manager. Earlier career experiences include customer service roles at Research Now SSI and Kantar, reinforcing a strong foundation in project management and customer relations. Wayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of West London and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.
