Ahmed Amer has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Ahmed began their career as a Front Desk Agent at InterContinental Hotels Group in 2007, and later worked as a Sales Coordinator at SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises from 2008 to 2012. Ahmed then became an Assistant Revenue Manager at SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises until 2013. In the same year, Ahmed joined Desert Rose Resort as an Assistant Sales Manager for a short period. Ahmed then moved to Steigenberger Hotels AG as an E-Commerce Executive. After that, they returned to Desert Rose Resort and held various positions including E-Commerce Manager, Business Development Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Business Development.
Ahmed Amer earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Suez Canal University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Financial Accounting Foundations" and "Strategic Planning Foundations" from LinkedIn, which they acquired in July 2021. Ahmed also completed the course "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" and received a verified certificate from Coursera in June 2014.
