Jesse Flint

Jesse Flint has extensive experience in research and human factors, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate III at Design Interactive, Inc. since May 2012, where leadership of a multi-million dollar BAA project focuses on stress mitigation in DHS and TSA environments. Previous roles include Senior Human Factors Researcher at Bold Insight, where responsibilities included user needs identification and usability testing, and Human Factors Design Engineer at Lockheed Martin, noted for authoring two patents and leading cognitive training initiatives. Academic credentials include a PhD in Cognitive Psychology (expected) and an MS in Cognitive Psychology from Binghamton University, complemented by a BA in Psychology and Linguistics from Stony Brook University.
