Coral Alcaraz Montero

Coral Alcaraz Montero currently serves as Chief People Officer at DESIGUAL, having joined the company in January 2016. In this role, Coral leads global talent acquisition, employer branding, and professional development initiatives, alongside implementing comprehensive HR strategies to enhance employee experience and workforce planning. Prior to DESIGUAL, Coral held various HR leadership positions at Telefonica Innovation from March 2012 to January 2016, focusing on talent management and HR policy implementation. Coral also has experience as an HR advisor at UPF Barcelona School of Management and as an HR professional at ESADE. Coral holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Barcelona School of Management, and a degree in Work Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona, along with a certification in Global Remuneration from People Matters.
