Joseph Mudenge currently serves as the Vice President of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) at Village Enterprise since November 2023. Joseph holds a position on the Board of Directors at the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) PLC, beginning in July 2020, and previously directed MEL at INKOMOKO from July 2021 to October 2023, supporting micro and small entrepreneurs. Additional board membership roles include serving at Prime Economic Zones (PEZ) and Ruliba Clays between July 2017 and July 2021. Joseph was also the Director of Planning and Research at the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) from September 2011 to July 2021, where responsibilities included strategy, monitoring, evaluation, and research. Earlier in Joseph's career, the role of Company Statistician at the Rwanda Social Security Fund involved econometric modeling and data analysis. Joseph's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Lausanne and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Makerere University.
