Tana K. Cashion

Tana Cashion has extensive experience in human resources, primarily within the energy sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Devon Energy since July 2005, Tana has held various leadership roles in the company, including Senior Vice President, Vice President, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Advisor. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at SUIT and Human Resources Manager positions at Shell, Pennzoil Company, and Fleming. Tana's career began as a Human Resources Associate at Enron and a Human Resources Specialist at Keystone Ski Resort. Tana holds a Bachelor's degree from Pepperdine University and furthered education at the University of Oklahoma.
