Simon Monaghan AssocRICS has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Simon started their career in 1997 as an Information Technology Helpdesk Operator at European Marine Contractors Ltd, where they provided support and maintenance for network systems and software. Simon then moved to DHL Aviation Ltd. and continued working as an Information Technology Helpdesk Operator, gaining expertise in system support and administration.
In 2002, Simon joined John McCann & Co. Estate Agents as a Sales and Letting Senior Negotiator, expanding their skills in negotiation and client management. Simon later joined Lauristons Estate Agents in 2004, where they held multiple roles such as New Homes Sales Executive, New Homes Business Development Manager, Land Manager, Assistant New Homes Sales Manager, and Balham Sales Manager. These roles allowed him to excel in sales management, business development, and land acquisition.
In 2016, Simon joined Dexters Estate Agent Group as a Senior Land & Development Consultant, where they utilized their expertise in land and development to provide valuable insights and solutions. Simon then progressed to the role of West London Land & Development Manager, overseeing land and development projects in the West London area. Currently, Simon holds the position of Development & Investment Director at Dexters Estate Agent Group, where they are responsible for driving development and investment strategies.

Simon Monaghan AssocRICS obtained their HND Applied Physics with Microelectronics and Computing degree from Kingston University, specializing in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics, between the years 1995 and 1997.
