Dr. Jason Rambach is a Senior Researcher and Group Leader in Spatial Sensing and Machine Perception at the Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) since July 2015, where responsibilities include leading a research team focused on Augmented Vision, especially in Camera Pose Tracking and sensor fusion. Prior to DFKI, Jason worked as a Researcher in IoT Analytics at AGT International, developing machine learning algorithms and distributed architectures. Jason's earlier roles include conducting a master thesis on Distributed Face Recognition and Tracking, participating in research projects, and freelance web development. Educational qualifications include a Dr.-Ing. in Computer Science from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, a Master of Science in Information and Communication Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt, and a Diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras.
