Louise Coates has extensive experience in various roles within human resources, sales, and management. Louise has worked at DFS since May 2008, holding positions such as HR Business Partner, Group Resourcing Manager, and General Sales Manager. During their time at DFS, Louise set up a web sales operation and a Live Chat department, increasing brand identity and providing an omni channel experience. Prior to DFS, Louise worked at T-Mobile UK as a Sales Manager and at Ventura as a Team Manager.
