Lars Hoffmann

Lars Hoffmann is an accomplished professional in the fields of learning and development, with extensive experience in various roles since 2008. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at DHI, a leading organization in Hydrology and Water environments, Lars focuses on collaborative solution development. As the founder of Lars Hoffmann Spil, expertise includes designing learning games for notable clients such as ALK and Novo Nordisk. Previous roles include Head of Development at NOCA, Chairman of the Board at Pareta, and Learning Designer and Tutor at Henley Business School, where Lars contributed to executive education.
