Rodrigo Jr. Embile

Rodrigo Jr. Embile is a seasoned geochemist and environmental engineer currently serving as the Business Area Manager for the Mining Group at DHI since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rodrigo held positions as a Senior Consultant in Geochemistry at Boliden Mineral AB from August 2018 to August 2023 and as an Environmental Engineer and Development Engineer at Kjeoy Research & Education Center from July 2013 to June 2018. Additional experience includes work as a Graduate Research Assistant at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and as a Project Geologist at PHILSAGA Mining Corporation, overseeing projects in gold vein deposit exploration. Rodrigo began his career as a Geologist at APC Group Inc., contributing to various mining projects and gaining expertise in geochemical surveys and resource estimation. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Geochemistry from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and multiple master's degrees in related fields from institutions such as the University of Exeter and the University of Miskolc.
