Christin Schrörs has a diverse work experience. Christin is currently the Founder and Coach at TIDY MIND Coaching, which they started in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at DHL Consulting, where they held various roles including Head of People Development, Project Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, starting from October 2015.
Christin Schrörs completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cologne from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Münster between 2009 and 2012. In 2010, they also studied at the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Alongside their academic qualifications, Christin Schrörs obtained several certifications. Christin became a Certified Systemic Coach (According to DCV guidelines) through Change Concepts in March 2021. In November 2018, they also became an Insights Discovery Practitioner, certified by Insights. Additionally, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in February 2018.
