Matthias Lee

Matthias Lee is a data scientist specializing in natural language processing and AI research, currently serving as Data Scientist III at Dialpad since June 2020, where notable achievements include the acceptance of the paper "Predicting Customer Satisfaction with Soft Labels for Ordinal Classification" at ACL 2023 and the development of the industry's first AI CSAT feature. Prior experience includes various roles at BrainStation, Intact, Behaviour Interactive, Plotly, Statistics Canada, The University of British Columbia, and Maxis, focusing on model optimization, data analysis, and educational instruction. Matthias holds a Master's degree in Data Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from The University of British Columbia.
