Murad Bakhshiyev

Murad Bakhshiyev is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in backend and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at DICEUS since July 2025 and as a Senior Software Engineer at Siemens Energy since June 2024, Murad has previously held roles as a Product Owner and Software Developer at PASHA Insurance OJSC from November 2020 to July 2025. Additional experience includes a brief stint as a Senior Backend Engineer at BETCORE in mid-2024, a Full Stack Engineer role at DICEUS from January to October 2023, and a Software Engineer position at Valtech in early 2022. Murad also contributed as a C#/.NET Instructor at Matrix Training Center from July 2021 to November 2022 and worked as a Software Developer at Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) from July 2018 to November 2020.
