Oon Arfiandwi

Oon Arfiandwi is a seasoned technology and education professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Chief Learning Officer at Dicoding Indonesia since April 2021, Oon leads the education strategy that empowers over 1.1 million learners through technology. Prior roles include Managing Editor at 7Langit and a series of positions focused on technology and product management, including Data Analyst and Product Manager, where Oon developed ERP solutions and products for consumer goods and pharmacy distributors across Sulawesi. Oon has a robust software engineering background, having been a Lead Software Engineer at Java Festival Production and mobile strategist at Beritagar. Oon also co-founded Better-B and held significant managerial positions in IT and telecommunications at PT LAPI Divusi and AI3 ITB. Oon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
