Niken Rarasati is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and educational program development. Currently serving as Chief Learning Officer at Talenesia since September 2022, Niken co-founded an initiative aimed at empowering low and semi-skilled workers by enhancing their self-awareness and cognitive skills. Prior involvement includes roles as a Research Consultant and Senior Research Manager at GoTo Impact Foundation, focusing on designing research frameworks to foster innovation within communities. Niken also contributed to The SMERU Research Institute as a Quantitative Research Coordinator, leading tools development for the RISE Programme, and previously held research officer positions at Palladium and G-Trust Learning. Niken's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Social Cognition from UCL, a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Borås, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
