Ayush Jawa

Ayush Jawa is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Driver Growth Operations at DiDi since December 2019, Ayush has held several leadership roles within the company, including Head of Driver Growth Operations and Head of Growth Operations for Mexico. Prior to DiDi, Ayush worked at Siemens Advanta Consulting as a Consultant and Associate Consultant from March 2018 to December 2019, and began a career at Amadeus as a Business Analyst in the Payments division. Ayush holds two Master of Business Administration degrees, one from Cornell University and another from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
