Lawrence Li

Lawrence Li is a seasoned professional in executive compensation and long-term incentive planning, currently serving as the Head of Executive Compensation and Long-term Incentive/Senior Manager at DiDi since May 2021. In this role, Lawrence is responsible for the design and operation of DiDi's long-term incentive plans, overseeing transitions from pre- to post-NYSE IPO phases and preparing for HKEX IPO readiness. Prior experience includes roles at PwC as a Consulting Manager and Senior Consultant, where expertise was developed in human capital consulting, equity and incentive plan design, and executive remuneration planning for state-owned and private enterprises.
