Nicholas Grabowski

Nicholas Grabowski is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Digital.ai since January 2025. Prior to this role, Nicholas held various leadership positions, including CEO and CTO at Flow from September 2022 to February 2025, and Chief Technology Officer at Forge from November 2020 to September 2022. Nicholas was also the Chief Technology Officer at SharesPost, where responsibility included leading engineering and product development teams until its acquisition by Forge Global. Additional experience includes significant roles at Charles Schwab, where Nicholas contributed as VP Application Architecture and Principal Architecture and R&D, overseeing application modernization and architecture for over 1200 applications. Nicholas’s prior positions encompass leadership in engineering and architecture at companies such as Yola.com, Ebates.com, and Charles Schwab. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Florida State University, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
