Quadratullah Andar has a wealth of experience in finance, procurement, contract management, and operations. Quadratullah has worked with various organizations such as Digital Barriers, Day & Zimmermann, United States Institute of Peace, M.N.N. Group, Mission Essential, Diplomatic Language Services, The Washington Post, and NPR. Quadratullah'sroles ranged from Contracts & Operations Manager, Procurement and Subcontract Specialist, and Senior Procurement Officer to Linguist, Curriculum Development Specialist, and Assistant to Bureau Chief/Office Manager. Quadratullah has managed contracts for multiple programs with the DoD, DoE, and FBI. Quadratullah has also trained and developed teams. Quadratullah provided operational and language translation support to correspondents covering political and social issues in Afghanistan, and they have assisted in story research and development while traveling with reporters in conflict areas.
Quadratullah Andar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2008. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master's Degree in International Commerce & Policy from the School of Public Policy at George Mason University. In 2018, they obtained professional certification in Federal Contracts Management, qualified by exam, from the National Contract Management Association.
