Prior to this, Alaa held positions at وزارة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia, where they played key roles in strategic planning, development, and technical operations. With a background in computer science and a Master's degree in Applied Computing, Alaa has experience in database administration, user experience research, and IT strategy and governance.
