Rashad's experience also includes serving as an Ecommerce Performance Marketing Specialist at ADA from February 2022 to December 2023, achieving significant increases in website traffic and sales conversion rates. Earlier roles included a marketing internship at Surge Global, where SEO strategies were developed, and an analytics position at Dialog Axiata PLC. Rashad holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration, specializing in Business Analytics from SLIIT, and possesses a diploma in Information Technology from ESOFT Metro Campus.
