Ernest Alexander

Ernest Alexander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contact center management and student services. Currently serving as Contact Center Manager at Digital Media Solutions Group since October 2019, Ernest also owns Spinway San Diego, LLC, which provides automated bicycle rental stations to luxury hotels, enhancing guest experiences in a green and healthy manner. Previous roles include Student Response Manager at Zovio and Student Inquiry Manager at Bridgepoint Education, where Ernest successfully led teams to significantly increase student enrollment. Additional experience encompasses a strong background in admissions as an Admissions Counselor at Ashford University and operational management as an Area Manager at Jamba Juice.
