Jacob Citron

Jacob Citron is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Founder of Citron Insurance since June 2023 and a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Diligent since March 2024, Jacob has previously held significant roles at Ticketmaster from June 2018 to May 2023, including Major Incident & Problem Manager and IT Service Manager, focusing on incident, problem, and change management. Jacob's experience also includes positions as Customer Success Manager at TELUS Business Solutions and various roles at the Toronto International Film Festival, including Associate in Advancement Operations and Data Administrator.
