Alexandria Redmond

Lexi Redmond, M.S., is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Development at Dine Brands Global, where responsibilities include managing team member engagement and overseeing the Team Member Resource Group Program. With a strong background in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), Lexi has advised organizations through the consultancy RACE for Equity, LLC, and operated as a self-employed contractor, focusing on racial and ethnic biases in leadership and hiring. Previous roles encompass social media and marketing leadership for Blacks in I/O Psychology, research support at Vantage Leadership Consulting, and resource management at the Institute for Cross Cultural Management.
