Julie Beard

Julie Beard is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent consulting and employee relations. Currently serving as a Principal Talent Consultant at Discover Financial Services, Julie has focused on enhancing employee and manager experiences since June 2021. Prior to this role, Julie held multiple positions at Discover Financial Services, including HR Operations Manager and HR Manager, where extensive process improvements and employee engagement strategies were developed. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., as a VP Process Engineer, Julie led global projects to streamline employee relations processes. Julie began a career in HR at JP Morgan Chase and also worked as an HR Assistant at SubmitOrder.Com. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Eastern Michigan University.
