Sunny Singh

Sunny Singh is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in database administration and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as Sr. Manager, EA Big Data-Emerging Technologies at Discover Financial Services since June 2018, Sunny is part of the Enterprise Architecture group. Previous roles include Enterprise Architect and SRE at Uptake, where responsibilities involved Elasticsearch, Kafka, AWS, and more. Prior to that, significant experience was gained at IBM as a DBA, as well as at Blue Cross and Blue Shield and OrbitCommerce, where skills in MS SQL, Oracle, and various other database technologies were developed. Early career experience includes a DBA position at the American Medical Association working with Oracle 8. Sunny holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
