Erin Bartley

Erin Bartley is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and innovative care delivery models. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at DispatchHealth since July 2025, Erin focuses on enhancing access to complex in-home healthcare, reducing the need for unnecessary emergency room visits. Prior to this role, Erin was Chief Operating Officer at Medically Home from April 2020 to July 2025, where efforts centered on creating a scalable platform for at-home care delivery.
