Richard Orme has extensive experience in the plastics industry, beginning a career as an apprentice Mould Technician in 1986 at a small moulding company in the UK. Demonstrating rapid advancement, Richard became lead setter within 12 months, overseeing new tool trials and production optimisation. In September 1991, Richard transitioned to Pillar Engineering Ltd as an Account Manager before joining Distrupol in March 1993, where leadership roles as Business Director and currently Managing Director have been held. Richard's lifelong dedication to the industry is underscored by a solid educational foundation from Chase Terrace High School.
