Waylon Deno

Waylon Deno is an experienced senior lead test technician currently at Divergent, specializing in component testing and validation for automotive and aerospace/defense applications since August 2023. Previously, Deno served as a senior drive unit and dyno test technician at Canoo, focusing on electric vehicle testing from May 2021 to August 2023. Earlier roles include research and development technician at Edelbrock Corporation, where Deno prepared and tested high-performance engines, as well as positions involving design and operation of CNC plasma cutting at DriftKnuckles and management of specialty performance components at Silhouette Autosports. Deno has also worked as a dyno test technician at Gale Banks Engineering and held automotive technician roles at Goodyear and Firestone. Deno's education includes attendance at Yuba College from January 2005 to July 2006.
