Mercedita S. Nolledo is an independent director of the Company. Mrs. Nolledo obtained a B.S. in Business Administration and Accountancy (Magna Cum Laude and class valedictorian) and a Bachelor of Laws (LI.B degree – cum laude and class valedictorian) from the University of the Philippines. She placed 2nd in both the Certified Public Accountant exams and bar exams in 1960 and 1965, respectively.
