Blay Bradley

Blay Bradley has a diverse work experience in the fields of construction, property management, asset management, and law. They began their career as a Legal Assistant at Shearman & Sterling LLP from September 2011 to July 2014. They then transitioned to Clarion Partners LLC, where they worked as an Investment Research Senior Analyst from July 2014 to March 2016 and later as an Associate in Retail Asset Management from March 2016 to October 2018. Currently, Blay is employed at DLC Management Corp., where they started as an Asset Management Associate in November 2018 and advanced to the role of Director of Asset Management in October 2020. They currently serve as the Senior Vice President of Construction & Property Management since August 2021.

Blay Bradley attended Groton School from 2002 to 2007, however, no degree or field of study was specified for this period. Blay then went on to Connecticut College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on International Relations and Economics. In December 2016, Blay also obtained a certification as a LEED Green Associate from the U.S. Green Building Council.
