Morteza Rahmatnejad has a diverse work experience. Morteza started their career in 2001 as the Founder and President of an auto part manufacturing company, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined DMF Lighting as a Production Manager, and within a few months, they were promoted to Warehouse Manager. Morteza then served as the Director of Operations from 2015 to 2018 and later took on the role of Director of Operations & Director of Engineering until 2019. Currently, Morteza holds the position of Vice President of Operations at DMF Lighting.

Morteza Rahmatnejad holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, which they obtained from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic from 1996 to 2003. Additionally, they also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the same institution during the same time period.
